“Be my Luna, Vanessa” he declared.
Vanessa's spoon fell of her hands as soon as she heard what he requested. Was this his plan, she thought in anger. She hadn't even seen Ryan since she was freed from the dungeon and now he was asking her to be his Luna?
“Where is Ryan?” Vanessa asked angrily. she didn't mind if Jesse would hurt her, she was ready to call the guards to throw him out.
“Ryan is dead” He announced surprised at her outburst
Vanessa slouched on the bed with her eyes widened in shock. Now everything was making sense to her, from Jesse ordering the guards to release her in Ryan's absence. Now he has been murdered? Everything was too much for her to handle, it was overwhelming.
“What do you mean he's dead? ” she lurched towards him gripping firmly his garment.
