Epilogue – One Year Later

Dear Readers,
As you know, I have touched on sports here and there, and while this does approach that topic, I think this situation is a little different. After a year in the making, Hard Shell finally opened this week. Catering to all ages, people can learn self-defense, coping mechanisms, and boxing all in one place. Hard Shell’s goal is to help people that are bullied or need help finding their way.
The gym opening was attended by its founders, Chad, Kendall (our very own sports reporter), and Rich, who, rumor has it, have been there every day. They worked hard and it should be celebrated, especially for such a great cause.
