CHAPTER SEVENTEEN :Untitled Chapter

Tiara went to the company with the intention to talk to Rex about his intervention with her life. She walked into the company but got stopped by the receptionist.

"Can I help you?" Lilac, the receptionist asked.

"I'm here to see the boss, where's he?" She explained calmly.

"Do you have an appointment with him?"

"Damn the appointment......I don't need any appointment to meet with him, so I demand to meet him right now" she blurted out uncontrollable. Without waiting for Lilac, she approached the corridor of the floor, entered the elevator with a gloomy face.

A while later, the elevator opened. She walked up to the floor after noticing an indication of 'The CEO office' on a board beside the corridor of the fourth floor.

She approached the door but got interrupted by the secretary, miss Silvia, a lady in her mid twenties.

"I'm here to see your boss"

"Sorry, but you can't...he is quite busy".

"Do I look like a con artist to you or a lady who wants to flirt with your damn boss...do I? She uttered angrily

Rex who heard the noise outside his office instructed Daniel to attend to the chaos there. After observing what happened, he entered the office informing Rex of Tiara who demanded toeet with her no matter what. He told Daniel to call her in after thorough thinking.

Tiara without knocking entered his office and closed it with a banging sound, which attracted the employees.

They murmured among one another who the lady is.

Could she be our boss lady?" Ruby, one of the secretaries asked.

"Or she is another pest who wants to get into the boss's pants?" Zoe inquired.

But they all stopped murmuring when they noticed the death glare Silvia gave to them.

Inside the office

"Will you calm down and let's talk like adults?".

"you took advantage of me and I already forgot that but why disturb me again by sending a stupid text about a date dinner"

"I just want to have a date with you..... it's not a big deal, why the fuss?"

"Why the fuss!!! You're asking me that uh.....I was with Cleo, what the heck is your problem with me?".

"I already forgot that night, it was a mistake"

"But I still remember that night and even wished to have more of that with you" he said unconsciously

"What?" He got snapped back to reality through her outburst

"What do you mean, you want more of that....look Rex" she sighed " let's just end it here right now and Cleo must not get a clue of what happened between the two of us".

"Don't be so naive because when he lays with you, he'll know you've lost your virginity. What I suggest for you to do is to be honest with him, since he loves you, he'll respect you?" He said sacarstically.

"I understand you two have a grudge against each other.....he might leave me if he knows"

"Then I'll take responsibility"

"What?!!"

"Did you think I'll just let you go after you took advantage of my situation uh....I know you're Lily's sister but I didn't expect you to be as dumb as her. Haven't you come to think of why I sent bodyguards to follow and report me every where you go?".

"You sent those people but why and if it's to protect me.....guy, I do not need your damn protection cos i'm quite old enough to take good care of myself" .

Rex didn't listen to her words, instead he moved closer to her and pushed her to the wall trapping her between his arms.

"I didn't send them for that... I sent them to note if you're loyal to me or not and clearly I can see you're not but I'll forgive you this time since you weren't warned about it at first but after this, I don't want you close to anybody not even your so called silly boyfriend....Cleo".

Tiara at first didn't grab what he said but after realising what he said to her, she busted out all of her rage at that moment

"Excuse me! Are you but?...I don't.....what are you implying here because y....." He kissed her lips to shut her up.

The Lab

"She's Sly's girlfriend" Daisy blurted out.

"Wow, seriously and you agreed......then it means you like him" Ursula said facing Lily.

"He's my big brother.... I am suppose to like him" she smiled.

"No, I do not mean family love, I mean....you know since you agreed to date him".

"Uh" lily replied confused.

Pearl who was listening to their conversation joined in after completing her project work in the lab.

"Silly girl, she meant in a romantic way...I don't expect you to be as dumb as Harry" Ursula hearing Harry's name blushed while pearl noticed and smiled.

"I don't know" Lily answered sincerely.

"What do you mean by you don't know........wait don't tell me you do not have romantic feelings for him?" Daisy asked,

"How do one know if they like the opposite s*x romantically?" Lily asked innocently.

"Well, I don't know since I've never been in a relationship before or liked anybody" Daisy answered

"I think Ursula would know because she is secretly in love with someone and goes about blushing hearing that person's name.....am I correct, babe".

Pearl announced staring at the already blushing girl.

"What!... I ...I ... don't know what you are talking about?"

"Hey don't you even try to hide that you don't like my brother?" Shocked was seen in their faces mostly Lily's. "Oh, don't misunderstand...I don't mean Sly, I mean Harry"

"What?" Both Lily and Daisy blurted out as they both stared at Ursula trying to hide herself.
