I worriedly looked at Darius. He is still shivering and constantly whimpering from time to time. After what happened, we never really talked or at least I didn't talk to him. But his situation is not getting better. I know nothing about leaves and herbal medicines so I just check his bandage and replace it. He is losing a lot of blood and I don't even need to be a doctor to know how dire the situation is. "I'm afraid we won't make it," I whispered. I wiped the tear off my eyes and tried to brush of the fear that is shaking me up, I even uttered a prayer for him. It is evident to me that the army was highly trained and we don't have a weapon. The worst case scenario that I ever thought is that we're just going to die there or he is going to die letting me run and I was f*cking afraid
