Caspian stopped halfway and without doubt, I instatntly looked at Darius. He is the one holding the rope and controlling him so I checked him when Caspian stopped in the middle of the road. "Darius?" I called him. I just heared a muffled 'hmm' but other than that, no more. I tried to move closer to him and my eyes went wide as I saw how pale he is. His lips were dry and his skin is tight and pale as paper. His breathing was rugged but slow. When he felt me, he instantly leaned towards me, shifting his bod weight to my shoulders and giving me a better view of his wounds. "My God," I whispered, terrified.
