Chapter 7 A MESSAGE Rafael and Fernando puffed along on side-by-side treadmills, staring through the windows at a shopping precinct. Working out was the best way Rafael knew to release tension whenever he felt like he was losing control. His goal reached, he stopped the treadmill. Sweat dripped down his body as he picked up his towel and wiped his face and the back of his neck. He gulped water from his bottle, savouring its coolness, then picked up a pair of dumbbells.
