"Why the hell are you ignoring me?!" he barked when she slept away from him. She turned around, annoyed.
"You tell me that! You started this ignoring game!!" she spat. He shut his eyes, trying to keep calm.
"No answer, darling?" she scoffed, making him groan. She noticed he was seething and decided to shut up.
"I will not tolerate that, do you understand?!" he roared and she turned away. "Clear?" he spat, making her face him.
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" she spat, drawing her hand back. "Don't Aria" he warned and she tried hard to understand what was happening.
"Is something the matter?" she asked, sitting down. "I can help you, just tell me" she tried.
In a mere second she was pulled strongly and he fastened his hands over her lower waist, holding her above him.
"Mr. King" she squirmed as his grip tightened immensely, making her wince. "Let me g..go" she struggled, pain erupting.
"Damn, that hurts!!" her voice quivered. "I don't need pity" he said, looking into her, tear filled eyes.
She nodded quickly as a tear escaped her eye, landing on his cheek. She shut her eyes, not wanting to cry.
She bit her lip as she sensed her tears ready to roll. He loosened his grip and she scurried away from him. "You're drunk" she said softly, realising, as she got up.
"Please forgive my incorrigible mistake your ladyship. You want me to be your slave? You're weak and defenseless. You don't go around controlling me!!" he scoffed, making her tears roll down.
She walked out of the room, taking deep, calming breaths.
She sat on the couch in the hall, hugging her knees to her chest.
Oh come on! I'm way better than this! I'm not going to cry over such a silly matter.
She tried her best to compose herself, yet she couldn't. It hurt to think of Thomas. Unexplainable, why she was feeling hurt, but she was. Tremendously hurt.
He didn't even do anything!!
His words caused more pain than his actions. Her heart refused to bear the pain.
Weak and defenseless!!
His words echoed, making her clench her teeth. She walked to the nearby window, leaning on the frame.
It is the truth after all. Were you able to push him off when he was holding you? We're you able to give him a reply he deserved after what he said to you? Insulted you?
She cut off the voice in her head as she stared out of the window. She didn't like the way this affected her.
He was drunk. Drunk and not responsible for his actions! And besides, I don't give a damn!
A weak smile broke out and she chuckled painfully.
That's right. I don't give a damn!!
That surprisingly made her feel better, even though she knew she did care. Quite a lot. She sat on the couch trying to rest, more likely, to go to sleep.
She was lost in her thoughts and didn't realise it was morning until she saw the sunrise.
She soundlessly opened the door and looked at a sleeping Thomas.
Her heart clenched and she walked to the bathroom, freshening up. She walked out, wearing jeans and a top, as she spotted Gwen.
"Morning" said Gwen, nonchalantly. "Someone's up early" smiled Aria. "And why are you grumpy?" Aria asked and Gwen shrugged.
"Gwen" Aria c****d her head, lifting her eyebrows. "I think Thomas doesn't like me, like at all. He hates the sight of me" she said softly, not wanting others to hear.
"No Gwen, that's not true" Aria said, pulling her outside. "It is Aria. Don't pretend, I know that you know" she sighed.
"Gwen, why would I pretend? I honestly don't know" Aria said. "I heard you guys arguing, kind of" Gwen spoke as they rested against a tree in front of the house, on the stone path.
"I also know you were in the hall, on the couch, the entire night" she said softly.
"I couldn't sleep either Aria. I'm sorry if I'm the reason you and Tho.." she started but was cut off by Aria shaking her.
"Are you in your senses? You are not the Gwen I know" Aria said firmly. "We had an argument and that was nothing about you, do you hear me?" she asked and Gwen nodded slowly.
"Girl, cheer up" Aria said, laughing suddenly at the same time as Gwen. "We are so not letting this man ruin our time in Hawaii" Aria smiled and so did Gwen.
"You remember we always wanted to come to Hawaii and wear the sexy bikinis?" chuckled Aria. "And wanted to woo the men?" smirked Gwen.
"Aha, what a sight?" smirked George. "Two beautiful women, smirking, talking about me?" he smirked, walking to them.
"We got better stuff to do" chuckled Aria. "Who did you want to woo?" he asked making Aria laugh, as he directed the question to Gwen.
"You" she said, in a similar tone. "That rhymed" he winked and Gwen gasped. "This man is crazy" she told Aria.
"Don't say 'Only for you' " Gwen said as soon as George opened his mouth.
"You got me there" he chuckled. "Well, hello sleepyhead" George looked at Thomas. He nodded as he walked to them.
"My god!" George hugged Gwen, making her bury her head into his chest.
"Don't corrupt my darling. Go, wear a shirt!" George said, playfully and Gwen chuckled into his chest. "Stop vibrating" he told Gwen and she smirked at him.
"Aria, mind helping me?" Thomas asked and she didn't respond, just looked at him. It was rather irritating that her heart felt heavy when she saw him.
She didn't want to talk to the man, who stood in front of her, pretending nothing happened. George whistled and laughed.
"He wants your help" he smirked, wiggling his eyebrows. She didn't want George and Gwen to witness or know what was going on.
She respected and expected privacy when it came to such relationships. She walked into the house, with Thomas following closely.
She walked straight into the room, looking at him when he shut the door. "Help me find a shirt" he smirked, making her gasp.
Is he pretending or has he amnesia?!
She turned around to the closet as she slid open the door. The clothes were placed neatly and damn, his shirts were hanging high.
She reached for a black one, trying to pull it out. She didn't even know what she was doing.
She just didn't want to talk and decided to give him a shirt and walk out.
She was going to avoid this lunatic. She tried pulling out the hanger and it being high up, didn't help. She stretched as she finally got it down.
"What the hell is that?!" Thomas barked as he pulled up her shirt. She turned around and slapped him.
"How dare you touch me?!" she yelled. "There's a f*****g bruise on your waist! Who were you with?" he roared.
