Emma pulled past the driveway of an empty house. Relieved that no one was home, she went straight into the casita and showered, getting the sand and salt off her skin. After Collin overcame his jealousy, they had a good time, and she felt lighter about everything between them and more sure that he wasn’t her forever person. She grabbed her laundry and headed into the main house to start a load so she could pack for her trip. After returning to her room, Emma decided to straighten up the minor chaos she had going on.
