Luna was sitting in the passenger seat while the alpha was driving his black SUV. His eyes were pitch black and his knuckles turned white as he gripped the steering wheel. He was looking at the road with unwavering eyes. Luna’s eyes however were darting around taking in everything whooshing by. She noticed a long curve coming up in front, then she flicked her eyes to see that both of them were not wearing a seat belt. The alpha was muttering angry words under his breath, Luna could hear him cuss out his team as he felt all of them die. Then he said something clear and icy, without even looking at her “I’ll find us a nice place, and after you give me a bl*wjob I will let you go. At least one Luna will treat me if mine won’t.” Luna’s face turned grey and her breathing was hitched. She knew he most likely would kill her after she had satisfied him. Slowly she reached over her shoulder and grabbed her seatbelt, she pulled it over and clicked it in, she got it fastened right before the curve. On one side was a wall of rock and mountain. On the other side was a plunging ravine towards a wooded area. She gripped the steering wheel hard and turned it sharp towards the ravine. The car went right through the road safety fence and went flying down the ravine. Luna could hear the engine roar as it no longer had friction under it’s wheels and the loud cursing of the alpha. The car hit a tree on it’s way down, then another, and another. Each tree slowed down the car until it landed between some trees further down. It was now facing towards the road as it had turned a bit by each hit. In the passenger seat sat an unconscious Luna with a deflated airbag in front of her. Her face was bruising and blood was streaming out of her nose. Her wrist looked odd as the shape was warped. It looked like she had several fractures and her wrist would not hold the hand in it’s natural position. Next to her were an empty seat and a deflated airbag. The side windows and front shield were all broken as things had gone flying in or out. A little further back in the car’s path hung a huge alpha from a branch high up in a tree. He was impaled by a huge branch and blood was dripping from multiple wounds. His right arm was almost ripped off by it’s shoulder and his right leg was mangled to shreds. Even a big bad wolf could brace himself from impact as he was not wearing a seatbelt. This scene was left untouched for a long time as no one witnessed the crash. The SUV had stopped roaring as the engine shut on impact. The soft noises of birds and wildlife was now fluttering thought the air again as the car’s travel was not drowning them in roar, cracks and smashes. The sun was low on the horizon but still lighting up the morning with radiating beams. As the day progressed the sun would slowly creep over the sky to the other side of the mountain ridge. The scene was untouched and unmoving except for the slow motion of the sun. As the sun was setting Luna’s face was now dark blue and red, her lower part of her face was covered in dried blood. Her wrist were swollen and had the same thickness as her lower arm. It was white and marbled in color and in patches it was bright red as inflammation set in. Some time during the night Luna woke up with a groan. She tried to peer her eyes open but she couldn’t do much with the swelling of her face. She started to breath loud and ragged, then she started to gag. She managed to bend her head to the side and throw up next to her. Out of her mouth came a slow splutter of a thick and black sticky mass. She must have swallowed a lot of blood, and it had curdled in her stomach acid over the day. After many long and deep breaths Luna was finally able to open her eyes. She slowly unclasped her seatbelt and hissed as she did so. She tried the door but it would not budge, so she crawled out the front window as it had the least amount of shards sticking out. She rolled off the hood and landed with a thud onto the ground. She got herself up with her good hand and started to limp up the steep hill. As she passed a pool of dried blood she looked up and found the alpha hanging from a branch. With no emotion or animation she trudged on up the hill. The walk home took almost all night as they car had taken a long ride before she crashed it. Surprisingly there were no cars meeting her on the roads as she walked back home. As she finally approached the pack grounds she could see the sun rising up behind the horizon. The fog was rolling in over the hills and the sunshine would make it gleam. As she got closer to the settlement she could see several large wolves run towards her. As they got close the bigger one in the front shifted to John. His face was with anguish and despair. He grabbed Luna as she collapsed in front of him. He carried her in his embrace as he ran towards the houses. Towards them ran a team of a doctor and nurses. Running behind them were Madden, Xavier and James, they hadn’t left the alphas side during this time. Even though they all wanted to be out there with the warriors looking for her, they knew it was better to stay put just in case Luna came back or if they got a ransom call. As the doctor grabbed Luna and ran with her to the clinic Xavier would pat his alpha’s shoulder. Madden and James were hugging. They were finally all safe.
