Lena hears the door open and immediately get down to see who it was. She knows it would be her roommate. Every student has a card key to their door and no one apart from the room owners can access the room. The door opens and a chocolate complexion looking girl enters with a big smile on her face. "Oh my

hands. "Very well then, Lena I like you already let's be friends", Mimi suggests. "That will be nice. Let's be friends".

"Girl we need to hurry unless you want to get punished on your first day", Lena screams from the door. She doesn't know what Mimi is still doing in the room. Few minutes ago, they were busily chatting when the bell rang for emergency assembly.

They arrive at the assembly hall to find the other students already there. The place becomes silent when the teacher picks the microphone. "Good morning students. On behalf of the headmistress, and the other teachers, I will like to welcome you all to Elite Senior High. We hope you enjoy your time here. I will not waste your time but before I leave, let me introduce to you your prefects", the teacher address. The main door opens and the prefects walk in and line up on the stage. The students begin to whisper because one of the seniors who had caught the attention of the girls especially. "Please quiet!", the teacher thunders. The whole place becomes quiet again. "Prefects please introduce yourselves". "I'm Ethan , the head boys prefect". "I'm Xavier, the assistant boys prefect". "I'm Janice, the head girls prefect". "I'm Najat, assistant girls prefect. The prefects continued to introduce themselves. Some of the school rules were read out by the head girl after which they were dismissed.

Being a prefect in Elite high is a big deal. The position alone had so many benefits. In Elite high, a prefect has the power to make rules and change them, punish students, sign exact for students (only the main prefects) and many more.
