Preparing for Work

"Okayyyyyy" Samuel said in an elongated tone, he had just finished writing the first chapter of the four chapters he needed to write, and he just went through it and felt it was definitely worth the stress, that was the reason for the word that escaped his lips earlier.

Once cross checked, he proceeded to copy it and then pasted it on the page where the chapters content should be pasted, The chapters are first written by him in an app used for writing and storing note and any form of written article.

Once he had pasted the chapter where he should, he thought carefully of the best title that suited the chapter and then typed it into the title block, Once he was done, he then submitted the chapter and it was quickly published.

He didn't want to schedule the chapters so that they would be submitted together for now as he felt that it wouldn't be the best idea as lot of people would end up waiting for to long before being able to read any chapter everyday, and so he wanted to published them once they are made for now, at least till there is a complaint about it, at least that would then verify that he was wrong and people actually prefer the chapters dropped together.

Soon he was done with all four and had already submitted them, he was in a contemplation on whether he should write more or he should just go to sleep as sleepy fog was already clouding his eyes but he was forcing himself to stay awake.

After a little contemplation, he decided to sleep, he knew he still had a long stressful day ahead if him tomorrow and so he needed to be energetic by tomorrow morning to face it without faltering.

He knew that he will have to continue this way of life till he reached the twelve thousand words required to apply for a contract on w******l.

He dropped his phone after switching it off and plugged two USB cord into both the phone and the power bank each, this was so that the both the phone and power bank would charge up if the PHCN supplied power while he was asleep.

Once he was done, he closed his eyes, not yet to sleep, but to say a few prayers to his father in heaven before visiting the dreamland, He first as usual asked God for mercy for any of his sins and then thanked God for everything he had done for him, and then he proceeded to say his normal everyday prayers, he also prayed about his two businesses, both POS and Novel writer, he asked God to intervene in them and make them more fruitful.

In the prayer he was more focused on the novel writing than the POS as he didn't see much potential in the POS business and he really didn't like doing the business, on the contrary, he kind of hated it, but then he had to pray on the two as he didn't know God plans for him and didn't want to question them.

He prayed that God should touch the hearts of his novel readers to add the book to thier collections and to also comment and give feedbacks about the book for others to see it.

He also prayed that once he reached the required number of words to apply for contract and apply for one that God should help convince the w******l managers or directors to accept the contract and offer him a suitable pay.

"Yaaahhhhhhwwwwwnnnnn" A loud moan escaped Samuel's eyes as he slowly struggled to keep his eyes open, he just woke up from sleep, and he was currently in a serious battle with his body over standing up from the bed, he had slept pretty late the previous day, and so he was still feeling really sleepy.

He looked toward the window, the sun was still on its rising process, and so he knew he was not yet late, but then he still decided to check the time and so he stretched out his hands to check the time, and it was just as he thought, it was still twenty seven minutes after nine.

He then dropped his phone, and stretched out his hands with quite the force, he also did the same with his legs and a bit with the other part of his body, This action was to free the bones and muscles of his body as they were currently really stiff from the long night sleep he had.

A few cracks sounds was made, Soon he felt his body get free and was no longer that stiff so he knew he could get up. Samuel got up from his bed and immediately walked towards the wardrobe to pick the cloths which he wished to wear today,and after doing so he first went to the kitchen.

On his way to the kitchen, he met his parent in the sitting room watching a show on the TV, and so he greeted them courteously and waited for them to answer, it was only after they had answered that he continued on his way.

He got to the kitchen, picked up a kettle, filled it up with hot water, switched on the cooker and placed the kettle on the top of it, he was obviously looking to boil a little hot water which he would later add to the water he would used to bathe, This was to keep the water either hot or just warm, according to his preference.

Once he was done in the kitchen, he proceeded to go to the bathroom and then placed his cloth neatly on wood placed at the side of the toilet.

After placing the clothe, he went to do other things he needed to do while waiting for the water to boil, He brushed his teeth, cleaned his foot wear, and then made a little breakfast for himself and ate it, once he was done with all, he went back to the kitchen, switched of the gas and took the kettle to the bathroom to pour it's content into the not so full bucket of water which he had made available earlier while brushing his teeth.

He quickly emptied the water in the kettle, pouring it into the bucket and then he returned the kettle to the kitchen.

Samuel quickly returned and went into the bathroom, took his bathe and dried his body, and then he dresses up before coming out.

His brother was still sleeping while his sister was waiting for him to finish so she could go and take her bathe to as both of them were to go to shop today.

He and her exchanged a few words of greeting and he immediately walked away, not because of any quarrel, but just that he was late and couldn't afford to start any chat that might delay him longer.
