Samuel and his dad had already gone home, on getting home, his mom had already gone to church, his sister had gone to pick up something at their shop while his dad took his bathe and was currently preparing for church and soon he left to.
After their departure, Samuel decided to try out something new, he needed to vent and as they wasn't any available, He got a crazy idea and decided to put it into good use.
" As I gaze upon the sunset, its golden hues painting the sky in a tapestry of warmth and promise, I can't help but feel a twinge of sadness deep within my soul. The memories of our shared past, of childhood days filled with laughter and mischief, replay in my mind like a nostalgic film. How different things were back then, when we were just two young boys with dreams as vast as the horizon before us.
I remember the days when you would protect me from bullies, your tall figure creating a shield against the harshness of the world. How I would cling to your hand as we walked to school, the safety of your presence offering solace in a world filled with uncertainty. We may not have been the best of friends, but there was an unspoken bond between us, a connection that only siblings can understand.
But as the years passed, something changed between us. Our paths diverged, leading us down separate roads that seemed to stretch further and further apart with each passing day. We grew distant, our conversations turning into mere pleasantries exchanged out of obligation rather than genuine affection. The walls we built around our hearts grew taller and thicker, barricading us from the vulnerability of true intimacy.
I longed for the days when we would talk for hours on end, sharing our hopes and fears, our dreams and aspirations. How I yearned for the closeness we once shared, the unbreakable bond that seemed to have dissipated into thin air. But pride stood like a sentinel between us, its presence casting a shadow over our fractured relationship.
I tried to reach out to you, to bridge the gap that had formed between us like a gaping chasm. I extended olive branches of peace and reconciliation, hoping against hope that you would see the sincerity in my gestures. But your pride, like a stubborn beast, refused to yield, locking you in a fortress of your own making.
And so we drifted further and further apart, like ships lost at sea, unable to find our way back to each other's shores. As adolescence faded into memory and adulthood beckoned on the horizon, I couldn't help but feel the weight of regret pressing down on my shoulders. The time we wasted, the moments we let slip through our fingers like grains of sand, haunted me like a ghost from the past.
I wished for nothing more than to turn back time, to rewrite the script of our story and mend the frayed threads of our relationship. I yearned for the simple joys of brotherhood, the bond that should have been the bedrock of our lives. But pride, anger, and blame stood like formidable barriers, blocking the path to reconciliation and understanding.
As I stand here now, staring at the fading light of day, I cling to a sliver of hope that someday, somehow, we will find our way back to each other. That we will set aside our differences, our grievances, and our wounded pride, and embrace the true essence of brotherhood. Until that day comes, I will hold onto the memories of our shared past, the echoes of our laughter and our tears, and pray for a future where we can stand side by side, as brothers should". This was the crazy idea, A poem, Art has always been the best way of venting, and Samuel decided to put his one of his talent to good use today, he knew it would be a waste to not make use of such an opportunity where his emotions were at an extremely high state.
Originally he didn't know much about poetry until he followed a girl daniellapeters_official on i********:, she was a poet who frequently drops masterpiece on he i********: account and so Samuel picked up how poetry seemed like from her account on i********:.
He had learnt quite a lot from her account, he had even been able to craft his own fundermentals for the requirement of creating good piems. Though he hadn't really created anyone as he hoped that his first would be reasonable at least and so was waiting for the right time where all the requirement was available.
The first and most important requirement for creating a good poem was a good reason, a lot of people failed in making good poems because they just picked up thier pen and started jotting down any s**t that comes to thier head provided it rhymed, but that is not poetry, poetry needed a reason, A real reason, Samuel's poem was written go pass out a lot of emotions that were being clustered in him, As he wrote it down, he read it out, making it look like he was a sort of daoist from Chinese ancient fantansy.
As the words escaped his lips, tears gushed down from his eyes as if it were raining on his face.
