Aria's POV
The rogue kid left before sunrise just like he said he would, but all through the night while he was in my room, I laid stiffly in bed, not daring to sleep even though my eyes were closed. I couldn't risk getting gutted in my sleep.
Even though he was just a kid, he was still a rogue, and if there's one thing that's common knowledge to everyone when it comes to rogue, it was the fact that they were highly unpredictable.
I managed to finally close my eyes with the few hours I had to sleep, but it still wasn't enough, as I woke up in a grumpy mood from my lack of sleep.
If today was just any other day I'd have slept in, but today was Sunday, which meant Council meetings.
