Cheated on
She let out a soft whimper as Kai pulled her harder against his chest, her back flush to his front while Alex buried himself between her thighs. His tongue was relentless, deliberate, until it slipped away—only to be replaced by his fingers. Two of them thrust inside her without warning, curling upward just right.
Her hips jerked forward. She bit her lip hard, fighting the sounds clawing their way up her throat as she rocked herself against his hand, chasing the pressure. Then Kai joined in, his palm sliding down, thumb circling her c**t in slow, merciless strokes…
I released a shaky breath and clenched my thighs together, rereading the scene for the third time that night.
Still not right.
The s*x was good, hot, even but something was missing. My eyes skimmed the paragraph again, my mind refusing to move on. I’d already written both men going down on her, layering mouths and hands until she was a mess, but…
I tilted my head, staring at the screen as another idea formed.
What if the guys—
My phone beeped, distracting from what I was writing on my laptop.
‘Class in 30, saved a spot for you!” That was Stacy, my best friend. I responded back before closing my laptop, grabbing a few of my notes and textbooks Ryan had asked for.
Heat crept up my face whenever I remembered the hockey captain is my boyfriend. I mean I wasn’t even all that, but still everyone knows how much Ryan adores me. We’ve been dating for a year plus now, and it has been the best of my life.
Although we haven’t really gone deep in the relationship, especially the intimacy part which always scares me off and it kinda pisses Ryan. Most times, he blames it on my writing. If anything, I get more wet writing s*x scenes than I ever did with Ryan.
My excitement was bubbling as I got down from the cab, paid the driver and walked towards his apartment. We haven’t really seen each other much this week.
My hand reached for his doorknob when I heard his voice from inside followed by the giggle of a woman and I freezed.
“Come on, one more round”. The woman said.
“No, you need to leave. We already had enough fun”. That was Ryan’s voice.
“Why? Trying to clean up so your nerdy girlfriend won’t know you’re cheating on her”.
“I’m not cheating on her. Get out..”. I can hear the rumbling of something before the door was pulled open and they both froze at the sight of me.
I took in their sight, her messy red hair, wrinkled shirt, and unbuttoned jeans. A sickening masculine scent, one I recognize very well, clings to her.
My gaze snaps to Ryan, who was standing beside her, gripping her arm in an attempt to push her out, he was in nothing but his boxers, his own chest bare, and his hair tousled.
A cold, sharp shiver runs down my spine, stealing the air from my lungs. My knees go weak, and the knot in my stomach turns to a solid block of ice.
Without a word, the girl tears past me, murmuring an apology. My fingers begin to tremble, and my heart hammers so hard it feels like it will burst through my ribs. I stumble back, a bitter taste rising in my throat.
“Alessia, babe..”. He tried to reach for me but I moved back. “Baby, it’s not what you think”.
“Don’t touch me!” I snapped, my voice shaking. This… he was cheating on me?!
“Don’t make a scene, come inside”. He gripped my arms tightly, forcing me into his room. Clothes were scattered everywhere.
“Look, it’s really not what you think”. He said, rubbing his eyes frustratedly.
I bit my lips to force the tears back. “You cheating isn’t what I think?”
“I was drunk, I swear I was. You know we won a game last night, I had a little too much to drink. I didn’t even remember half of what happened between us last night”.
I blink, unable to process his words.
My mind stumbles over them, each syllable making less sense than the last. Did he really just say that? Does he actually expect me to believe this pathetic lie? They didn’t even win anything last night! He had lost to his stepbrother team! How can he lie so smoothly?!
“You were drunk?”
"Yes, baby, I'm serious. I didn't mean it. It was a mistake," he insists. "And honestly, she came on to me first. How was I supposed to resist when I was drunk? Come on, you know I love you." A bitter laugh escapes my lips.
"Cheating is one thing, Ryan," I snap, taking a step toward him, "but thinking I'm stupid enough to believe your lies? That's a whole other level. Do you really take me for a complete fool? Oh my God, how long have you been lying to me?!”
“Come on, don’t make this a big deal” he snapped back. “You can’t expect me to always stay loyal to you! I’m the hockey captain for God's sake, it’s normal to have many admirers. You should be grateful you’re my girlfriend, I never for once hide you. Can’t you just put up with this?”
My mouth fell open but no words came out.
“A lot of other hockey players do this and their girlfriends are cool with it. And you don’t even make time for me, always busy writing those stupid novels like anyone would actually be interested in them”.
I gasped.
“Oh please, don’t give me that look. I already said I’m sorry, I can’t promise it won’t happen again but I will make sure you never know, okay baby?” He said, putting his hand around my arm. I shoved him away without hesitation.
“You and I..”. I pointed between us. “We are over!” He laughed like I had said the most ridiculous thing.
“You’re breaking up with me? You? Don’t make me laugh, sweetheart. You and I both know how desperate you were to date me. You were nobody before me, I made you popular!”
“You’re acting like you’re a big deal as if there’s anyone else out there that would actually want you. Don’t be ridiculous, go to your class and come back. I have missed you”. He reached for me again but my hand moved faster as it collided with his cheeks, the sound echoing.
I stared at me, unable to recognize the caring and loving guy I have been dating for a year. “I will say it again, Ryan. I never want to see you! You’re disgusting!” With that I walked out of his place.
“You will come running back! I know you will”. He yelled after me. Tears spilled down my eyes, not even bothering to go to my class as I headed home straight.
