Tristan’s normally piercing blue eyes turn hazy as he gazes down at me, and I know he’s close to giving in. It’s lust I can see in his eyes, desire and need, and my whole body responds in kind. I didn’t think I could want him more than I did last night, but after the events of the day, my feelings for him have only grown deeper.
He is loyal and thoughtful, forgiving and considerate, supportive and kind. His response to me just now when I asked him to give me time to decide how to share what I’ve learned just proves my point.
He is a prince, both figuratively and now literally as well, and I want to make him feel like one.
