Wren Shifting had been a risk but a risk that had gladly taken. I needed it. I knew it and so did Opal. She didn’t like the idea of me risking our safety to let my dragon stretch his wings but she knew I had to do it. And I had been careful. Riding on my borrowed motorbike many miles out of town and into the middle of nowhere. But I had been so caught up with the feel of the wind under my wings that I had lost track of time.
