Italian. This is my story. I think I have always hated myself. I hated my height, my eye color, my face, everything. I just didn’t admit it, I have never loved myself. I used to always be insecure, and if someone looked at me, I thought, “He is thinking that I’m not pretty, I know.” Then things started to get worse when I fell in love with a boy, and he didn’t love me, and I felt so ugly and unwanted that I started to follow him (he is at my school) everywhere, to hate him. I don’t know why I did that, I just wanted to prove to him that I worthy of him. Well, it didn’t work. I felt desperate, really. I asked my mom to buy me new clothes or new cosmetics because I thought that maybe he could notice me, but he didn’t. I discovered The Secret two years ago, but I didn’t try seriously to use it for myself, because I thought I didn’t deserve it, I didn’t deserve to have a good life. I thought that God would hate me for this. One day, I decided that I would use The Secret, even if God had sent me to hell. I started to love myself; to love my eye color, everything. It was very difficult but I didn’t give up. Guess what? Eveyday I noticed that my skin looked better, my eyes were so great, my face so pretty, my body perfect for me. I just felt great. I felt beautiful and I understood that I am beautiful! I am beautiful! Now every boy in my school looks at me and smiles at me! It’s amazing, I know! My schoolmates keep on saying “Wow, you’re so pretty!!” Everyday! I am so happy! And the boy that didn’t love me… he wrote to me yesterday, saying, “Hey, you are the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen around” and I said… “What the hell, i***t!” I understood that he wasn’t the boy I wanted to be with!! He is so superficial. I’ve changed my appereance, and he ran to me! But there’s now another boy… so handsome, and he loves me! Another thing, I am considered to be the most beautiful girl of the entire school!! Now, if some girls are reading this, I must say to you that you’re beautiful! You are beautiful! This is the truth, this is how you are. And you deserve the attention of that boy! Just feel great, beautiful, and you will indeed! Ilove you all, thanks so much. Now I can say that I love myself!
