Meeting Jayden

Barely standing firmly on her feet "You must be my dad's new wife's daughter.....how about an apple strudel or a burger? " he moved closer "I don't know what kind of foods you eat where you come from but here this is what we eat here and we can afford as many as you'd like to try" Chloe sighed "Jayden.....right?" he folded his arms looking amused "Yeah that's me......and you are?" Chloe scowled "Seriously?!" A voice came from the phone that dropped from her hand when Jayden startled her.

"Hello...Chloe are you still there?, Chloe?" Tiara spoke over the phone. Jayden raised a brow "Chloe? Hmm it's an okay name I guess" he said playfully. Chloe rolled her eyes "I guess your dictionary is limited to only the names you can pronounce" she retired and bent down to pick her phone and she came face to face with a growling large black dog, it was standing just right where her phone is. Chloe was careful enough not to remove her yees from the dog "Oh there comes Shadow, there's one word familiar with Shadow that is also in my dictionary, it is spelt as a-t-t-a-c-k" he scared her but didn't pronounce it as that would be fatal to her.

"This is not funny Jayden, tell him to back off" Chloe seethed while still maintaining eye contact with the dog. She managed to pick her phone and sat up while still staring back at the dog which was now barking at her "Shadow is normally not like that but he has been taught to be wary of strangers and he probably taught you broke in but that isn't the case right" Jayden ranted on as he watched sweat gather on Chloe's face "What the f**k is wrong with you Jayden.......are you crazy" she said as she slowly stood up, Jayden chuckled as Shadow barked louder "Careful, he hates it when people insult me" he whispered into her ear as he held her shoulder and moved close to her.

His hot breath fanned her neck making her body jump, taking the chance to move behind him while Shadow moved closer "Stop him Jayden!" She shouted anxiously as she used him as a shield. "What if I won't?" He teased, Chloe held his arm tighter "Are you a psychopath?.....stop him now!" She shouted not releasing her grip on his muscular arm "Down boy...." Jayden ordered eventually still laughing. But it seemed the dog had been very much aggravated as it still went on barking

Chloe picked up a frypan and moved to hit Jayden, he held her hand "what are you doing?" "What does it look like, be serious or I'll hit you" she threatened him still holding the frypan high "Seriously?, If he sense any threat he'll rip you to shreds" Chloe raised her brow "Maybe but I'll get to beat sense into you first" Jayden looked at her with narrowed eyes, she didn't see to be showing fear anymore. "Shadow...sit" Jayden said seriously and the dog whined and sat on it heels and still had his eyes on both of them. Jayden turned to her and jerked her closer with the hand that was holding the frypan.

"You've totally lost it right? Or maybe you just momentarily forgot what fear means" he said in a low voice, they were so close that one more movement would bring their mouth together, her heartbeat increased and she was momentarily stunned. She stared at his mouth as he talked and then his eyes and then back to his mouth, her mouth was slightly opened and her breath shook. "Looking at you up close now, I can see your hidden freckles...... sister" he teased her while all she saw was his sexy lips "I'm not your sister...or anything at all" she says as she backed away with her mouth going dry.

The frypan she dropped when he pulled her closer had fell and as she moved back she tripped on it and almost fell but Jayden held her waist and pulled her towards him again "Why are you so clumsy? For your information, I don't want a clumsy sister" Chloe's hand that was on his hard chest intent on creating some space between them pushed him back as she stood on her own and picked up the frypan "And I don't want a brother at all" she commented while trying to hide the blush that was fast rising on her cheek,she turned to leave and came to fave her mom and step father walking in "I see you've met" Sarah said with a smile.

"Yeah we did, Jayden is really nice but I think I loved Shadow more" Chloe commented awkwardly while Jayden simply folded his arms and rested on the fridge, Chloe bent down to speak to Shadow but was careful enough not to move from the spot she was so Jayden was still between her and the dog "Right Shadow....nice dog..come here" the dog looked at her with a confusingly, it couldn't understand how it became friendly with her. Jayden chuckled in a small voice and lowered his head to hide it. "Aww, I guess I scared the poor dog" she said as she stood up and walked out of the kitchen while eyeing Jayden who was biting his lips to keep his smile.

Now in her room Chloe closed the door with a sigh "That was awesome Chloe" Chloe brought out the phone from her Jacket "Tiara?" She asked surprisingly. "That was your stepbrother right?" She asked excitingly "Yeah, a total d**k head" Tiara hummed in agreement "But is he hot?" Chloe rolled her eyes as she settled on the bed "really now Tiara, you're a gossip and a pervert?" Tiara wowed "Oooh , so he really is hot?" Chloe clicked her tongue. "I don't know, I didn't get a good look at him". She said as she looked at the direction she was just coming from with a small smile.

It was evening time and Jayden was waiting in the hall with his father and his father's wife all dressed up, he wore a suit over a white shirt that fitted him like a glue. He looked so dashing and handsome with all the muscles that no one would have guessed he was just twenty-one. He looked at his wrist watch and frowned "I don't mind the lack of punctuality but this whole dinner thing is really bad timing" he said to his father "Sorry son, but it's not negotiable." John replied his son. "I think she's having a hard time picking a dress, maybe I should check on her" Sarah offered and was about walking up the stairs in her blue dress which was up to her knee when Chloe walked down the stairs.

All their attention was now on her, she was looking so beautiful in the short black dress that stopped right on her thigh. She wore a net beneath and a black boot heel that clicked as she walked, the wavy length of her blonde hair shun under the light and she had on a pink lipstick that made her lips glitter, her big eyes looked even bigger, all in all she was simply stunning.
