THE OFFENSE OF HAM

The offence of Ham harmed the nation of Canaan.

The offence of Ham was that he saw what his ancestor, Adam and Eve saw in each other, his father’s, not in himself, but ended up cursing himself. Adam saw Eve’s and Eve saw Adam’s nakedness and there was a void immediately created that no one of their desire could fill, so they were lost in confusion and ended up becoming afraid and ran to hide in the garden where they thought that they will be covered in the shadow of their shame. Adam was created for glory, however, ended up becoming the shadow of himself all because of his desire.

When your thought is without light (Daniel 12: 22), you will end up becoming a shadow of yourself. Your shadow-self will become a threat to you, such that you will be going into hiding for the fear of your shadow. The Accuser is more worthlessly worthless than your shadow if your thought is with light. Nevertheless, without light, even the most insignificantly insignificant thing in life will want to contend relevance with you.

Eve’s offence was because she first saw and desired with her eyes (Genesis 3: 6). She desired to be wise and be like ASCAT. This led her to take and eat what she was not supposed to eat. She ate and gave a portion to her husband (Adam). Immediately, both of their eyes become blind in the spirit. This led to the opening of their eyes to the world where nakedness (void) became evident. However, hides with the garment of darkness. The glory of sin is darkness. Nakedness does not stand in the light of ASCAT’s glory. This was exactly what man lost and he lost his honour immediately. ASCAT withdrawing honour from man is simply what defines a curse. When ASCAT honours a man, such a man is blessed. The blessing of the Lord makes rich and add no sorrow (Proverbs 10: 22). If the Bible says, “He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favour from the Lord” (Proverbs 18: 22), but have the contrary playing out, then something has gone wrong because sorrow is attached to curse when the ordained pattern is not followed and this brings us back to the “why… Adam fell?”

Like ASCAT to Adam, Abraham dishonoured Ham. This is not because he did not love Ham, but because Ham saw what Eve saw. The things you see will entice you into believing and accepting lies as truth. This was why Ham did not cover up the nakedness of his father. Ham went to tell his brothers about what he saw, maybe mockingly laughing at his father’s nakedness. If he had quietly covered up his father’s nakedness without even telling his brothers, they would not have even known that their father was naked in the first place. However, he did the contrary and the contrary followed his destiny.

Our major problem in seeing things is because we are so enticed not to turn away from…, just as Eve was supposed to turn away immediately when the Accuser told her, “You will not surely die…” Eve did not even know the Accuser had invariably told her, you might likely die. She remains, with her ears wide open, listening fully to the music of lies. In the same way, we are now hearing similar serpentine music in most of the places we now called churches. These churches are tending the path of apostasy, where all forms of lies they promote, making the true church appear as if it is not existing, having a focus on building instead of men that must be built-in faith to become Word-based, Word bound and Word conscious to run with the right course. Therefore, men are building structures using men as a working tool, while men used, are not built. I tell you the truth, soon and very soon, men will start tending the direction to destroying the structures because the buildings are not ASCAT’s focus. The souls of men are the focus of ASCAT. We must not place a higher priority on physical structures, projects and programs to generate huge funds, while the souls of people are languishing in penury in the world.

Therefore, who will take care of the physical structures when the men supposedly built as the true structure are no longer there at the right position spiritually? Some of these men have gone out and have strayed off very far into the wandering field? Eve remained and listened to the music that the Accuser was playing for her with the consciousness of carnal mindedness and could not resist him, because she was a product of man’s desire. Ham did not even turn away but remain to feed his eye with lusts. He fills his heart with disgust for his father and ends up humiliating his father before his brothers. Nevertheless, when Shem and Japheth discovered what he has done, they did the contrary of what he did by covering their face, as purposed in their eyes that they must not behold the iniquity of seeing their father’s nakedness. Iniquity on this ground is simply to see their father’s nakedness. The prayer of a true saint should always be, “Turn away my eyes from beholding iniquity and direct me in Your way…” (Psalm 119: 37). Nevertheless, Eve and Ham never prayed this prayer. I guess Ham must have always observed his father praying. Therefore, it will be wrong to think, Ham will not know how to pray. If that is your thought, why did he know how to play to see his father’s nakedness? Who taught him that act of iniquity?

The act of iniquity will always begin with a thought. Deep down inside of us, we will surely know for sure what we want to do, even when we will feel remorseful after doing it. It is not as if we did not know what we have done. However, we end up doing it to fulfil the desire of our lusts. This is the major problem of humanity.

In one way or the other, we have been victims of lusts. It is very difficult to pull out of the grip of lusts when caught in the web. Even when our lusts have made life a living hell for us, we will still want to go after it. Did you notice despite all that happened; Adam still stuck to his wife? Adam did not even question her.

You cannot question your desire, even when your desire will keep questioning you to ensure that you meet the necessary need. Even when you are making many sacrifices, it will never be enough to satisfy your desire, because only ASCAT can. The earlier you allow ASCAT, the better life will become for you, or your fall may end up more terrible than that of Adam.

Proverbs 15: 3

The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding evil and good.

Your desire would always make you stand afar, beholding things that will invitingly tempt and drag you closer. Moreover, closer until you are completely lost in the current of the thought of what you desire. However, when you delight in the Lord, the things that you have desired will come to you even as you have desired, not you going to the things that the Deceiver could use as a snare to ensnare you to fall. Many have fallen into inordinate desires and more people are still falling. Nevertheless, there is always a rising when there is a fall. Therefore, you can only remain down when you choose to be down.

If you have made wrong choices in life leading to your downfall, then, you should be wise enough not to stay down. You can also choose to rise from your fall. It is all about returning to the drawing board, erasing the wrong dots, and starting all over again with the master’s plan wherein you cannot make mistake, provided you follow the designed scale as ordained. If you step out of the master’s plan, you will step into the taskmaster’s plan and end up becoming a slave when you are supposed to be prince, slave will ride on your horse, while you end up walking on foot like a slave.

Genesis 9: 22- 23

And Ham, the father of Canaan saw the nakedness of his father and told his two brothers outside. But Shem and Japheth took a garment, laid it on both their shoulders and went backwards and covered the nakedness of their father, their faces were turned away and they did not see their father’s nakedness.

Do you notice that Ham saw Noah’s nakedness, but Canaan suffered the consequence as cursed? Therefore, if we are not careful with what we are seeing even as we have desired in our hearts. We often end up subscribing to a curse that will cost our generation and that is why it is good to embark on a good course with a perfect delight in the LORD. I know the Lord will give you the grace to delight in Him in the most permanent’s name!

Noah was the typology of ASCAT, while Ham was the typology of The Deceiver. The Deceiver seeing the plan of ASCAT and knows ASCAT intention… when the opportunity wanting to use man to do and that was why He created man with honour and glory, for His glory alone.

Shem and Japheth are the typologies of the angels of ASCAT guiding and protecting the plan of ASCAT with power and glory like an impenetrable blanket shield, shielding out and off the light of the knowledge of good and evil from man by casting darkness upon the other side. The plan of ASCAT is light (true knowledge), but outside the plan is darkness. The Accuser entered into the other side and starts a course without the light just with a thought and that thought is what defines desire.

The Accuser desire to want to like ASCAT. What do you desire as a Christian? Noah came to a sudden realization of what his son Ham did, just the way ASCAT realized what Adam desired without His thought quickly responded. Even after the fall, ASCAT immediately rushed down to salvage the situation that He saw coming. ASCAT having known what man has done but wanted to hear from the man directly to have the permission of man since man has now become autonomous. Therefore, ASCAT started by asking about the whereabouts of the man, but the man started by giving excuses, responding contrary to ASCAT’s question. It is just like asking, “Have you seen the red car?” and the person you are asking responded, “I was going to the market to buy fish”. Does this make any sense? Adam stepped out of his sense of reasoning right immediately his desire dragged him into hiding. Moreover, instead of exposing himself, Adam went hiding in shame with his desire, just the way many of us who have lived a very immoral life is now hiding in shame and acting under that cover, while still living such a lifestyle. We cause people hurt, and make it appear as if they are the ones who are innocent, as they can act innocently. If you are involved in such kind of lifestyle, if you do not repent, ASCAT will visit you with His judgment in Jesus’ name!

ASCAT is not asking you, “Why are you naked?” so why are you telling ASCAT, “You hid because you are naked” when what He is asking you is simply “Where are you?” Even in ASCAT’s magnanimity, He would still want to correct your derailing mindset by still asking, “Who told you that you were naked?” knowing that what you are saying even as you are hearing and seeing of your state of being was what you are being impressed as told you by a thought apart from light. ASCAT did not curse Adam directly, his desire dragged him into the cursed void space of the thought without light, which is a breeding ground for the seedpod of curse and that breeding ground is darkness. The Accuser was the one ASCAT cursed, not a man or the woman. Therefore, permit me to define desire as the knowledge of good and evil. ASCAT alone can cover our nakedness….
