"The gate is feet's away". Carolyn smirked. "Oh but Mr Arthur you underestimate me". She faced Christine. "Christine since you are the water talisman you should be able to control water right". "and so". "Make the water fountain over there go voosh". Christine and Arthur both turned to look at the water fountain, it was a few feet away from them. "I can't." Christine answered playing with her fingers. "What do you mean you can't. Have you tried it". Arthur asked in anger. "No okay. It's just that what if things go wrong. I mean I've never done it before." "Well can't you at least try. We did ours you should be able to". Carolyn said. "Well thanks, that means a lot coming from you". Christine replied in sarcasm as she lifted up her hands. "Okay water, don't give up on me now. Please". "I don't think it's moving". Arthur whispered. "It's not going to move on its own Arthur let me concentrate". Christine Snapped. She lifted her hands a little and the water followed her motion. "Its moving" Arthur shouted. And the water fell down back with a loud swoosh. "Oh you damned fool you had to shout!". Carolyn shouted while Christine shot him a death glare. "Wait look, I think it got their attention". Arthur said and Carolyn and Christine looked back to see the securities staring at the water. "Do it again". Christine lifted her hands and the water followed her motion when it was high enough she dropped it and it fell with a loud voosh. The securities came running to check it out. They hid behind the wall as the securities ran past them and then they ran for the gate. " It's locked". Christine shouted in worry. "Go over the fence". Arthur shouted already climbing it. "I can't, are you crazy. I don't know how to climb a wall". "Just try it's easy. Just try not to fall down". To God be the glory the wall had stepping Stones. Carolyn and Christine climbed it and jumped down. They both winced in pain when they landed on the floor with their knees. "Oh my God". Carolyn cried out. While Christine held her knees. " You guys should get up were are running out of time". Arthur said and they both stood up. "So which way should we go". Carolyn asked. "That way. Or this way". The school had two sides. The forest, and the road that led to the outside world. " Robert would have ran into the forest because of the monsters so I say forest". Christine said and Arthur grumbled. "I'd say the road it's more safer". "Forest it is then". Carolyn answered. She and Christine both ran into the forest. Arthur sighed reluctantly following them. He has no choice. They better hope he was really in the forest. The trio ran into the woods and their foots did a creaking sound anytime they stepped on twigs. They heard a shriek and they stopped on their tracks. "That sounded like Robert". " how did you know. You have not heard him scream before have you". Arthur asked in fear and Carolyn glared at him. Christine was silent. She remembered her dream. She had been in this forest and a monster had chased her. But the only reason she wasn't afraid was because her grandma lived in this forest and then again she wasn't alone like in the dream she had company. They were people with her here. She was not alone. She kept assuring herself. "What do you think we should do Christine. Should we go after the voice". Carolyn asked and christine nodded. " thats not the most reasonable thing to do but it's the only thing I can think of". Christine answered and they looked at Arthur. Arthur shrugged. "It's not like my opinion matters". They all ran in the direction of the voice. " I really hope we are doing the right thing". Carolyn said in her mind. They stopped when they saw a cottage. "What's a cottage doing in the middle of the woods". Carolyn asked eyeing the brown cottage. Christine walked towards it ignoring her comment. "Wait what are you doing. Do you wanna die. You are walking towards an unknown house". Carolyn shouted and Arthur stared. It's not like anything he says matters. "Relax Carolyn it's my grandmother's". Christine replied and knocked. Carolyn looked on confused while Arthur walked forward. Carolyn also joined reluctantly. While would an old woman want to leave in a forest. "Come in Christine I was expecting you". Grandmother Nora shouted when Christine knocked and she entered while the rest followed behind her. They all gasped when they saw Robert in bandages . "What the hell happened". Carolyn shouted and ran to him. Robert moaned as he tried to seat up but Carolyn stoped him. "You guys happened. If you had stopped bickering and came to help me this would not have happened". "Hey don't blame us. Its also your fault for getting into trouble and by the way how come you are here"?. Carolyn faced the old woman. Nora smiled. "So fast at comebacks. I love your energy. But first we need to make sure we are not disturbed". The old woman picked up a bottle and walked to the door pouring out it's contents. the blue water flowed out of door and no droplets remained in the house. Christine stared at her grandmother unbelievably. "What was that and why were you expecting us"?. Nora sighed. "Seat down kids. I want to tell you a story". Nora told them about the TALISMANS. And that, she was the water talisman so by right Christine was the next. "So you mean to tell me that you knew all this while and you kept quiet". Christine asked unbelievably. "I feel betrayed" . She rubbed her cheeks. Grandma Nora looked at her pitifully. "You guys need to follow Robert to his place". Grandmother Nora said and they all scoffed in disbelief.
