Adin rose, far angrier than Ulanain thought he had any right to be, and grabbed his coat from the back of his seat. “And here I was thinking I had you beat for once. Is there a game you won’t lose?” “That’s the difference, I suppose. You think of it as a game.” “I see.” The man twirled his coat over his shoulders, and at the movement, the few guards he had brought out for the night began to rise from their own table. “I feel tired suddenly, and I’ve meetings to accomplish in the morning.
