Prologue
On the boundless battlefield, countless creatures clashed in a frenzied melee. The sky was ablaze with dazzling magical lights, as meteor showers, thunderous wrath, and cataclysmic spells rained down one after another. The surging Qi tore through the earth, splitting it open into immense chasms, blasting super-craters, and heaving up hills. The heavy-armored human cavalry charged like a tidal wave, relentless and unstoppable, with death unable to halt their advance. The orc warriors had completely entered a state of bloodlust and frenzy, wielding their spiked clubs, giant axes, and chains, fearless and ferocious as they hurled themselves at the enemy. The giant warriors were clad in heavy enchanted armor, resembling moving war fortresses, unstoppable as they crushed everything in their path on the battlefield. The elven archers unleashed volleys of arrows, creating a dazzling sky filled with magical light, their sharpness unmatched, creating death zones across the battlefield. The dwarven cannons roared continuously, and the dwarven riflemen unleashed a torrent of bullets, a storm that shredded countless flesh and blood bodies. Dragons soared in the sky, their resounding roars echoing across the heavens, their dragon magic striking relentlessly, their massive bodies crashing down incessantly. One by one, the war angels flapped their wings, wielding swords enveloped in holy light, the radiance filling the sky, their angelic swords sapping life in their graceful dance. Every corner of the battlefield was engulfed in combat. In this vast land, there was nothing but s*******r and death. Life was so insignificant and inconsequential on this battlefield! All creatures had only one enemy! They were a group of beings over three meters tall, with curved short horns on their heads, handsome features, streamlined humanoid bodies, and adorned in elaborate black armor. Their strength was immense, effortlessly shattering the armor of giant warriors with a mere gesture, and their shimmering black magic brought down one dragon after another from the sky. Their combat skills were magnificent, their agile movements swiftly evading cannon fire and magical attacks, their blades gleaming with cold light as they slaughtered through the ranks of elves. Their gaze was icy, devoid of any emotion, systematically harvesting the human heavy-armored cavalry, and callously slaughtering the swarming orc warriors with bursting Qi. The golden dragons roared in unwillingness, a lamentation before death; the war angels fell incessantly from the sky, their pure white wings stained red with blood. From dawn to dusk, the battle raged on for a whole day, the blood-red sunset gradually fading away. Countless broken bodies littered the battlefield, mingling with bloodied soil, where every step could leave a footprint in blood. In the face of overwhelming numerical superiority, these formidable beings clad in black armor continued to fall, the glow of magic fading, sharp blades breaking, and they retreated incessantly. Seemingly glimpsing the hope of ultimate victory, humans, orcs, giants, angels, and dragons launched even fiercer assaults, exhausting these powerful beings with countless lives, forcing them to step back one by one. Behind these creatures lay a canyon, a towering and deep gorge completely shrouded in darkness. As the last black-armored being retreated into the mouth of the valley, the battlefield suddenly lit up with a dazzling light red, orange, white, yellow, cyan... The rainbow-colored light illuminated the entire battlefield, the brilliant colors intersecting and merging, gradually narrowing down to form a huge white light barrier, like a giant barrier enclosing the dark canyon. Just as the light barrier was about to completely close, a resentful roar echoed from the canyon, "For what you have done to us today, you will pay the price sooner or later! This land will never know peace..." This endless roar received no response, and as the white light barrier disappeared along with the dark canyon...
