STOLEN

Chapter 6

We finally arrived at school and bid each other goodbye . I really wasn't looking forward to class today but I was still in a good mood . I met up with Eath and Mark and we headed to class as usual .

School went by quite fast . Maybe it was because my head was somewhere else ? I'm not really sure . I was very excited about tomorrow and I couldn't stop trying to guess what tomorrow would be like .

After Luke had dropped me home with light charter on the way , I had bid him goodbye with a big smile on my face . After I watched him leave I went inside . I greated my mother then went to take a shower . I then prepared dinner and had it with my mom as usual . It is usually our bonding time .

" I haven't seen u go to work lately . What happened . " The topic about my job had completely slipped my mind . I had forgotten to tell her about it . " Ohh that. I completely forgot to tell you . I got fired but don't worry , I have money from my previous pay checkb. I'll probably look for a job soon though . " I gave her a reassuring smile . I couldn't really tell her exactly what happened cause that was super embarrassing . I was hopping that that moment could be forgotten . After we had dinner I headed to my room to do my homework . I liked to get everything over with soon because if I decided to postponed it then I won't do it . After I was done I went to sleep .

I woke up to my alarm going off . There is nothing I hated like mornings but this was an exception . Today was going to be a special day . I didn't know how but I could feel it . I got up and started getting ready for the day . To be honest there wasn't really much to do . I made breakfast and went to check if my mom was awake . I helped her down stairs and we had breakfast togetherv. I had about 50 more minutes before Luke would pick me up.

" So . What are you and your friends planning to do for the day ? " mom asked . " I'm not sure either . They didn't really specify . " " I hope you have fun . It's been a while since I've seen you this excited to leave the house . " " What can I say mom . I never really had anywhere to go other than Mark and Eath's place . Of which they prefer coming here cause they get to see you . " " How are my babies doing anyway ? I haven't seen them since the last week . " They're doing fine . They said they'd visit soon .

The door bell rung as my mom and I continued to talk . I stood from the table to open the door . I was meet by the sight of a Luke dressed in a white shirt and black pants with leather boots and a leather jacket . He only lacked the piercings to complete the bad boy look . Nico on the other hand looked like he was from the office but got tired of his tie and the first three buttons of his black button up shirt . He had his sleeves rolled to below his elbow and hands in his pocket . His face looked less cold than the first day I meet him in their house .

" Aren't you gonna invite the guests ? " my mom asked with a pinch of playfulness in her voice and I finally snapped back to reality . " ohh . . . Umm . . . Yeah plz come in . " I got out of the way and gave them space to enter . I led them to the table for introductions . " Mom , this is Nicolas and Luke . " I said pointing at each respectively . " Nico , Luke this is my wonderful mom , Sandrah . "
