We were now back at the Palace, it was well after dark and all the dragons were in the castle while the pack were in their homes. My mates were all behind me, I could feel all their eyes on me but I couldn’t bring myself to look at them. I knew they were worried about me, but I had so many things to work through. Even after using trees as my punching bag my emotions were still swirling around in me like a storm, and I was so scared I would lose control again and hurt one or all of them. When we got to our part of the castle I went straight to the bathroom to shower. I turned the water as hot as I could handle, stripped and got in. The water felt amazing on my sore muscles, loosening and relaxing them the best it could.
