We didn’t make it to the ground in time to catch her. By the time we landed she had shifted into her wolf and disappeared. I knew she was hurting, I could feel her pain before she blocked her dragon's link to me.
“Can you find her?” I asked Alexander as soon as I shifted back.
“No, she blocked her link.”
“How could she have blocked all of us?” Adrian asked.
“Well as we all saw she is powerful, more so than we ever knew and her power will continue to grow until she reaches the age of twenty five.”
“Wait, how could she become more powerful? She already has more than she knows what to do with, more than she can control.” Alexander said.
“Her emotions lately have been out of control. She has been through a lot, and seeing you bleeding out on the ground, it broke something in her.”
