When the world was struck unawares by the deadly pandemic which is the dreaded Corona Virus,we were all caught pants down.The particular episode could squarely relate to a battalion of soldiers which has fallen into an ambush but with no ammunation to fight off the enemy forces.Long stroy short,on the onset of the virus in the province of Wuhan located in China, nobody had ever dreamt of such occurrences turning into a reality and due to that no stringent measures had been put in place to combat the particular unseen enemy whenever it attacked.Due to all this unconsiderations the virus left us with lots of damages in not only human life but also the world economy since it ensured a fall in the economy in most countries,if not all.With that being the heaviest loss in a long time Corona virus is believed to have originated from sea foods found in Wuhan,China.Though scientists from the World Health Organization are still investigating the origin for them to produce more clearer facts.It affects the internal breathing organs living the patient with severe breathing complications which can even result to death.It has no particular cure and here the body immune system is heavily relied on to ensure recovery though doctors and other medical practitioners are working round the clock to ensure safety of human lives and a return to normal livelihood by finding a cure as well as more stronger vaccines to ensure maximum immunity to the human body. Stringent measures were put in place varying from one continent to another as well as different countries had also there own measures depending on how hard they had been hit by the virus, denominational beliefs as well as resources available.This came as a challenge to us to show our prowessness in responding to emergency situations and though each government developed its own measures to curb the virus, together as a universe we moved a milestone in combating a virus we barely knew.Thanks to our medical teams for their huge sacrifices and efforts in creation of different vaccines and soon a possible cure.In conclusion,it is now clear to all that when the world comes together and all our differences ranging from: Political differences, social and even religious differences we can create something out of nothing as well as fulfil the United Nations dream of making this world a better place. Hopefully,the world will soon be back to normalcy as the virus is yet to be wiped out completely and so will the stringent measures that have been introduced to curb the pandemic.As each day goes by,we look out with ultimate hope our prayer being the extinction of the new strains of the deadly virus which is still a mystery yet to be unraveled.the fully occupied graveyards as well as the congested hospital beds together with the masks adorned on people's faces is a clear indication of how the virus has brought much of a burden on people's lives all over the world.Whereby, with no consideration of age, class or race,it has swept across the board leaving no stone unturned to an extent of almost bringing down the whole world to its knees,if not a standstill.Thanks to our worldwide Organization as well as clearly stipulated policies,we can get up once more,brush the dust off our shoulders and soldier on towards the future.Once again we are all looking forward to better living in the coming future inspite of the little hope we cling on.
