Aurora's POV
I spent most of my time crying and sniffing uncontrollably. I had already texted Caitlin to come get me as soon as she could. It was when I realized that she could not come with the BMW as my keys were with me, that I forced myself out of Kai's Manor.
I cleaned my eyes already, but they hurt. I got an Uber out of there. Caitlin was already at the office by the time I got there.
“What was so urgent that you had to leave that dangerously handsome man's house by this time of the morning?” Caitlin asked, looking at me. Her words slowly disappeared when she set her eyes on me. She hurried towards me and hugged me as I burst into tears all over her.
