Aurora's POV
I stood at the edge of the cliff, waiting for Kai to show up. When we were still married, he'd bring me here every morning for five days in a week to watch the sunrise. I never knew the reason for it. I loved watching it, but I never told him, and all of a sudden, we came almost everytime.
I heard Kai's engine when he was just a minute away. Renegade’s engine was loud, and he was as fast as he was loud.
My heart began beating fast at the thought of Kai, but I still managed to keep the anger I felt.
