“Not yet.” Munroe said. “I have just one question.”
“Which is?” I asked, pulling my hair backwards, preparing for whatever madness would happen next.
“Did you kill Gregory?” Munroe asked.
My eyeballs wideneded at his question, “would any answer I give matter?”
“Not really, but give it first.” Munroe promoted.
“Contrary to your beliefs, I didn't kill Gregory.” I said calmly, getting off my bike. I removed my helmet into my hand. It'd come in handy.
“Okay, let me rephrase the question.” Munroe said, walking around Renegade and me. “Why did you kill Gregory?”
I chuckled lightly, “Since you're so intent on blaming me, why did you even bother asking at all?”
