Brandon POV: We got to the forest. Wolves were killing each other left and right. I linked my pack ‘Stand down!’ I said through the mind link. The fighting ceased and my Bata approached me. ‘Alpha, are you okay?’ he asked as he bowed his head to me in respect. “I’m fine.” I said. ‘Let’s kill them all!’ Warren said through the mind link. “No! We’re leaving.” I said as I walked away from the packhouse. The packs moved to make a path so that I could walk through. Lilly POV: It’s been a few months since the attack by the Shadow pack, we’ve kept our end of the deal and stayed away from Shadow pack territory. Things between me and Michael have been good.
