Chapter 21: peace or war?
Michael POV: I wanted to mark Lilly tonight but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. It’s not that I don’t love her, it’s just that she’s been through so much I don’t want to push this on her. I want to make her mine more than anything, but she deserves at least one night of peace and quiet. I’ll mark her tomorrow after she’s settled back in. The next day we spend the day training the packs, we knew it wouldn’t be long until someone notices the Alpha’s absence. Someone so powerful doesn’t just disappear. I stood next to Clayton and looked over at Lilly helping a teenager with her battel stance. I finally had my mate back, she was all mine once again.
