Chapter 13: new love

Brandon POV:

I woke up around 5 o’clock, I couldn’t sleep due to this meeting I need to attend at 7 o’clock. I hear the Full moon pack aliens themselves with vampires. Those horrible blood sucking freaks, shouldn’t even be alive of dead or whatever they are. Their a plague on this earth and should be whipped out. They need to take life to keep living. I know I have taken lives but it’s not the same thing as what they’re doing. I need the alinence of the Full moon pack to fight back the rouges. Their last attack killed off my best worriers. I’ll alien myself with them until this rouge business is sorted out then I’ll break ties with them and kill some of the disgusting vampires they hang around with. I got up from my desk and went to take a shower. The cold water flowed down my face and chest onto my abs and curved alone my six pack. I got out and wiped the steam off the mirror, looking at myself. I’m so handsome, how have I not found my mate? I thought to myself. “Maybe because you are so arrogant,” my wolf Fang said. “I’m not I am handsome and you know it.” I replied. He disappeared into the back of my mind. I brushed my brown hair as I looked myself in the mirror. I took the towel off and got dressed in a blue button shirt and a black pants. I went downstairs to drink something before I left. I got in my car and went to meet alpha Emily. I got out of the car and went inside to meet the alpha. We went to her office. “I’m sorry but we are still waiting for 2 people to arrive. I’ve asked my bate to call them to inform them that we are waiting.” She said. A few moments later a beautiful werewolf with green eyes and brown hair walked in. I couldn’t help but stare. She introduced us and the meeting started. It went on for a few hours. I couldn’t take my eyes of that werewolf. When the meeting ended I asked her, her name while that vampire she came in with was still talking to alpha Emily. She showed us the training grounds. That blood sucking freak put his arm around her and I couldn’t help but growl. How dare he touch her? How dare he be near her, breath the same air as her and even look at her? He doesn’t deserve her I do. How dare he put his hand on such a beautiful and delicate flower as her. It took everything I had not to rip him to pieces. After we had the tour and the demonstration of how the training would be done we left and went home. She left with him, my heart fell as I watched them leave together. I will be with her, she will be my Luna no matter what it takes. I thought to myself as I drove home. I got to my house and took a cold shower to calm me down in more than one way. The rest of the day drifted by slowly as I couldn’t wait to see Lilly again.

*THE NEXT DAY*

Lilly POV:

I got to the packhouse with Michael and we went straight to the training grounds. We were divided into groups of 4 to practice group attacks and how to defend if you have more than one opponent. I was put in a group with Rose, Rachel, Eric and Alpha Brandon. We fought in human form for the first round seeing as Eric was a vampire. I was the target and Rachel, Rose, Eric and Alpha Brandon were the attackers. It was difficult when more than one opponent attacks you from different directions, but I think I held out quite well. The second round we were supposed to fight in wolf form. I went into the packs bathroom and changed into my wolf. I came out and waited for the rest of my team to change. The last person to change was Alpha Brandon. His wolf was a big Black wolf with red eyes. His wolf was very large and towering over me. I first spared with Rose. We entered the ring and stood in a fighting position. The bell rang and Rose jumped up, I dodged her and she faceplanted into the ground. She got up and snarled at me. I opened my mouth to show my canines as snarled back. She started to run towards me and I simply stepped out of the way. This made her angry, she tuned around and jumped, but I caught her in my mouth and held her until she tapped out. My fight with Rachel went kind of the same way as the one with Rose. It was time that I fight Alpha Brandon. He stepped into the ring his red eyes glowing with excitement. I snarled at him and he snarled back, his canines were big and sharp he could easily tear through my flesh with one bite. I hit him on the chest with my claw and the blood dripped down his back fur and onto the ground. He reacted by biting my right front paw and blood socked my foot. I yelped in pain. I attempted to grab him by the neck as I did with Rose but he was too fast, he dodged my attack and before I knew it my neck was in his mouth and I couldn’t move as he applied pressure and I was forced to tap out.

I limped to the bathroom to change back, I changed back and got dressed. I rinsed the blood off my hand before going outside. I went outside and found Alpha Brandon waiting for me. Michael was talking to Rose on the other side of the training arena. The bite mark was still clearly visible but at least the bleeding stopped. Alpha Brandon approached me, “Are you okay?” He asked with a sad tone in his voice. “Yes, Alpha are you.” I asked looking at the scratch mark that ran from his neck to his chest. “Yes, I have to admit you surprised me, I didn’t think you would get a shot in.” He said with a smirk on his face. I laughed at the comment and said, “Well, I’m glad to know I got a shot in on one of the most powerful Alphas in the county.” “You definitely did, want to join me to the infirmary to get our wounds cleaned and checked out?” He asked and extended his hand out to me. I took his hand and we walked to the infirmary. The pack doctor checked us out and said that everything looks good, the wounds were cleaned and bandaged. The doctor left and only me and Alpha Brandon were left in the room. Alpha Brandon came closer to me, I could feel his warm breath on my skin I felt his hand on my back and then he kissed me. Michael walked in and looked p*ssed. He looked from me to Alpha Brandon and back to me. His eyes were dark with anger and filled with pain and jealousy. He turned around and walked away. I jumped up and ran after him but by the time I got outside I saw his car was already gone. I felt as my eyes started to tear up knowing how must it hurt him to have seen what he saw. I went to find Emily; she was in her office. I walked in my face wet from tears.

E: “Lilly what’s wrong?”

 “Alpha Brandon kissed me and Michael walked in.” I said with a breaking voice.

E: “Oh, no I’m so sorry. Where is Michael now?”

L: “He got in his car and left; I think he went home.”

E: “I’ll give you a lift home, so that you guys can talk.”

L: “Thank you Emily.”

We got to my house and I got out and walked inside. Michael was in our room packing his stuff in a bag.
