Confession

Scarlet's POV 

We get to my room well our room now. OUR ROOM! I have a boyfriend, well soul mate and I get this big grin on my face. Gideon looks at me like I'm a precious gem. 

"What has made you smile like that my beautiful Queen?" De says as he wraps his arms around my waist. I take the opportunity to jump up on him and wrap my legs around his waist. Then I place my arms around his neck and snuggle into his chest. 

"I was just thinking and I said our room in my head. How you're my boyfriend, well mate, you're so sexy like a Greek God, and I have you and you're sweet and smart and funny..." he cut off my rambling by kissing me with passion and our tongues fighting for dominance, but I don't mind letting him win. We pull apart to breathe and rest our foreheads against each other. 

" Lettie, baby you have no idea how happy you make me, and listening to you just now set my heart on fire. You are so sexy, beautiful, smart, and I couldn't have asked the Moon Goddess for a better mate. I don't want any other mate because no one would be as perfect as you." De says with so much passion in his violet eyes, and I forget everything around me. I press my lips to his and pour as much love into the kiss as I can. 

" I think I'm in love with him Serenity. I don't want to mess this up. He's not like any other guy I've ever met before."  I confess to her

"Tell him! You know deep in our heart that we love him. You don't think it you know it!" she rolls her eyes and lays down. 

"Gideon," I start to say nervously, and just blurt out, "I love you." I finish in an almost whisper, and he froze. I put my head down, because let's face it he's a Greek God look-a-like, and well he probably has had many women tell him that they love him just for money and power. I go to slide down off of him, and his grip on me tightens and I'm held firmly in place. 

He lifts my chin up so I'm looking directly into his eyes filled with devotion and says, "Tesoro, say that again and look at me." 

"I said I love you. I get that you probably have women tell you that all the time, because well let's face it you are so sexy, your eyes are just so mesmerizing and intense..." he stops my blabbering by kissing me and spinning us around. 

"Tesoro, I love you too, and the fact that I make you nervous, and babble is absolutely adorable, and I'm so glad that I'm the only one you show that side too. I've seen how you are with everyone solid, strong, fierce, and vicious. Only your teammates, Shelby, and your Dad are you open and vibrant with, but with me you are all you. Happy, nervous, sexy, smart, loving, vibrant,... " I smash my lips to his pouring my heart and soul into the kiss. Plus trying to hide my tomato like face since he said it back. Then he kept complimenting me and I just couldn't hold back. He makes me feel like a sun bursting into existence. We pull apart to catch our breath again, and he sits us down on the edge of the bed, "Tesoro, you have the file? Also we have to call my parents, and invite them to our Mating ceremony here. Derrick would like some run time with Serenity, and the BBQ party and it's already 1500 (3pm). What do you want to do first?" De asks. 

"We should probably call your parents first, and you should tell them the news and ask them to join us. As for the file we'll leave that until tomorrow, and just enjoy today since it is my birthday. We can take Serenity and Derrick out for a little run after we talk to your parents. We have to be back in time for the BBQ or Shelby will have a total fit. She planned this whole weekend for us, and I've barely spent any time with her. Then party and midnight run. Is that okay? " I say firmly with slight anxiousness, because I'm still terrified of meeting his parents. 

"Tesoro, they will love you. Especially for thinking of them first after all that has been dropped on you in the past 24 hours." De says as he pecks my lips, and pulls out his phone. He hits his speed dial, and calls his mom putting it on speaker....
