Meeting postponed

We walk to my dad's office hand in hand and I just open the door like I always do. I let go of Gideon and run up to daddy's desk, "HI DADDY!" I say excitedly. 

"YOU MARKED HER!" Dad growled facing Gideon. 

"I asked him to daddy! Please don't be mad at him. Serenity said that it was a good thing, and De explained it to me. We umm didn't finish the whole process I'm not about to have full intercourse with some someone I just met. We do kiss a lot though and he holds me all night but I'm a virgin daddy. As sexy and amazing as he is I'm not really ready for s*x, and De said he'd wait until I'm ready he won't force me to do anything I'm not comfortable with." I pouted and tried to calm him down. 

" Princess, I know I'm just shocked that you let someone else inside that head of yours. I know you like to play if close to the vest, and I don't want you to be taken advantage of. I know the mate bond is strong, and for Royals and Rare wolves like ours it's a lot stronger than normal wolves baby girl." Dad says softly and turns back to Gideon, "Again Gideon I would like to apologize for earlier. I only felt her pain and confusion and I will protect her even if it's from her own mate. Now where are your commanders so we can get this meeting done." 

"Apparently, they're all mated to your daughter's commanders and her best friend. My Beta Seth is mated to Shelby. Cyrus is as you know mated to my sister Sarah. My Delta Lance is mated to her 1st Gamma Brad. Last but not least my 1st Gamma Charles is mated to her 2nd Gamma Victor. "Gideon starts to explain when I cut him off 

"Axel still hasn't found his mate yet yet, and I feel awful daddy he's the only one left of our guys that doesn't have his mate. I wish I could do something to help him find her." I pout. 

"Princess, he will find her when the time is right. Moon Goddess wouldn't forget how much Axel has done for us, and will give him his mate when he's ready. Changing topics since you've marked her we will have to throw a mating ball." Daddy said glaring at De again. 

"Of course David she is my universe, and I want everyone to know that I have found my heart. The one who brought light into my darkness, and where she goes I will follow." De states proudly with love in his eyes. 

"Awe baby you are sooooo sweet! I coo and give him a kiss and my dad clears his throat, "sorry daddy, but he's so sweet. He's so different from the boys that have tried to hit on me, make a move, or whatever else you want to call it, and you know how many boys I've beat the s**t out of for their crap!" I say proudly 

Gideon growls, "MINE!" pulling me tightly against his chest as he takes in deep breaths of my scent. 

"Yes De baby, I'm yours don't be all possessive I can handle scum just fine all on my own."  I turn back to my dad, "but I told everyone to take time off until the BBQ so they all have time to get to know their mates so we can have the meeting tomorrow. Besides it's my birthday and you haven't given me any birthday presents yet." I pout. 

"You're right Princess I'm sorry." Dad said as he walked to his desk, and pulls out a huge purple box with a silver bow.

I squeaked in excitement, ran over snatching the box, and opened it up like a kid at Christmas. Inside was mom's wedding dress, her locket with a picture of her and dad and me, a letter in her handwriting, and a new set of combat throwing knives in pure silver with a carbon fiber handle. "OMG daddy this is mom's wedding gown and locket! Plus you got me the knives I wanted, and a letter from Momma!" I cry tears streaming down my cheeks, and I get up and hug daddy. Then go back to the couch and De sits next to me as I open up the letter from my momma.

If you're reading this I'm no longer with you and my love your daddy. I'm so sorry sweetie I wish I could have given this to you in person, but the Moon Goddess had other plans for us to lead you to this moment. If you are reading this then you have found your mate and you have finally shifted.

 I'm sorry I didn't have time to give you any siblings as you wanted, but I know your father has taken care of you up to this point and you have great friends at your side. I wanted you to have my locket and wedding dress to use for your Mating Ball I'm sure your father is very upset about no matter who your mate is. Just promise me that you will take care of him and try to convince him to date or look for his second chance mate he deserves to be happy again. 

Tell your mate that I will haunt him in his dreams and turn them into nightmares if he upsets my sunshine. By now you will be getting your powers besides fire which you should have gotten at 16. Now I don't know what other powers that you will receive other than fire but as Crimson wolves fire always comes in at 16. Also your pets should have come to you by now and if you and your mate are anything like me and your dad I will not mention what your pets are seeing how he's probably holding you reading this as well and you will tell him when the time is right.

 Now my daughter's mate don't press her for information or again I will turn your dreams to nightmares. I hope you two have very happy lives and give David many grand pups to spoil.
