Kennedy's POV:   "Kennedy Cloud Tengco-Arizona..CEO."    I almost jumped out of my swivel chair when I heard a woman's voice uttering my name written on my glass name plaque displayed on my big table. I jokingly rolled my eyes when I saw her standing by the door, smiling playfully with her very expensive designer bag. She's also wearing the white vest that I'd brought to her when I came back from France.   "What are you doing here?" I asked.   "Why? Am I not allowed here anymore because you are already the CEO?" She asked me back.   "It's just strange to see you here in this hour. 2 pm? Seriously,  Khione?" I laughed.   "Can't I visit my hot billionaire best friend? Huh?" She asked again while walking to the couch. "I'm just missing my best friend!" She laughed too. I know she's lying.    I sighed and started saving the files I'd checked so I could turn the laptop off. I then stood up and took my wallet and phone with me. I crossed my arms and leaned on my table while staring at her amusingly. I saw her cheeks turned bright red but with a grin on her face.   "Tell me  what you want before I change my mind." I playfully asked her. She plastered a big smile on her face telling me that I could not ever resist her charm and she's my favorite human being in the world.   She happily clung on my arm and escorted me to the big double doors of my office. This woman is crazy!   I saw my secretary panicked when she saw me leave my office. The whole floor became silent and the employees were looking at us. The only person who keeps on chattering and making noise is this woman... Iris Khione Chan!    "I want to eat some steak and drink some wine! And I want to go shopping too. I want you to carry my--"   "Shush." I cut her off because I saw my secretary who seemed to have something to tell me.   "Mr. Arizona, you have a meeting with Mr. Gizon regarding the stocks later--"    "Cancel it." I simply said.   "O-Okay, sir!"   "Please continue making noise." I  told Khione but she did not like what I've said that's why she pinched me. I laughed.   "So, as I was saying you'll be carrying my bags." She smiled at me while making beautiful eyes. I just laughed because of it.   When we got to the parking, I immediately drove fast to her favorite steak and wine house around the city. We are regular customers of this restaurant because this is her favorite and comfort place. Maybe, she's bothered with something. I don't know... I'm not sure.   "After we eat we'll go to--"   "Hermes." I finished her sentence.   "Louis Vuitton." She said with a roll of her eyes... Correcting me. Dmn, woman.   We don't have to tell our orders because as the manager and the staff saw us arriving, they already know what we want. We sat in our usual place that has a beautiful view of the whole busy city.   "I heard from Mom that Daddy Kenneth and Mommy Cynthia will travel to Italy next week. What are they going to do there?" She asked me curiously. "Is that a business trip or a vacation?"   Yes, she calls my parents Mommy and Daddy too because we grew up sibling-like and my parents treated her as their own, like my little sister. Also, our parents are best friends as well. Our moms and dads have been best friends since their youth up until now.   "Yeah. They are on vacation next week." I said while avoiding her gaze.   "Really?! Can't we join them?" I raised my eyebrow to her, I wanted to laugh. She really has the guts to join my parents in their trip. She's really comfortable with them.   "We can't. No one will stay here for the company." I said. "Well, we can travel once they get home." I shrugged my shoulders while watching her reaction gradually get delighted.   "OMG! Seriously, Ken?! You're not goofing around, right?"    I nodded.    "Seriously."   She then screamed! I laughed because of her reaction.   "I want to go to Bali, Indonesia!" And she never finished telling me her plans on that trip. She started planning everything out! She's that excited.   I let her plan while I started thinking about my parents' plan in Italy. They are not there for a vacation. They are there to settle my marriage with my ex-girlfriend and her family! That was my first ex back when I was in high school. My ex-girlfriend that the oil company is leading in Europe and Asia. Fck this!    "You'll be marrying Herschelle. I will not accept no as an answer." My dad said last week while we were having our family dinner.   I froze. Dmn! I tightened my hold on my utensils.   "I don't want to." I simply said.   "What did you just say? Are you out of your mind? You're already in your 30s and still having fun! You have to get married and make children as soon as possible! Grow up! You need to have a successor at least, that can take over and make our family name going!" My dad almost shouted on my face.   "Son..." My mom called me out. "Stop playing with girls now. You had enough fun during your youth... You're an adult already.You have to settle down." I can't resist her warm and calm voice.    Mom, please... Stop pushing me into something I'm not ready to commit to.   As if I don't know that they only want Herschelle because she's the daughter of the leading oil company and not because they want her to be their daughter-in-law. Herschelle's family will do good in our business and it will strengthen our cruise line and marine transportation. If our family united, the investors would run to us like hungry dogs.   "You're already 27, why aren't you getting married yet?" I asked Khione.   She stopped taking selfies and gave me a sharp look!    "Are you kidding me? How could I get married when I don't have and never had a boyfriend?! Use your mind, you stupid assh*le." She rolled her eyes and started taking selfies again.   We've been together for 27 years, since the day she was born. But, I never knew why she remained single since her birth! I settled dates for her with my colleagues, friends, and even cousins but they all failed. What's wrong with her?   "Why are you still single? Who do you want?" I seriously asked.   She's beautiful, smart, generous, and rich. She's a pure woman. She's honest. She might be annoying most of the time but she's great. What's wrong with Khione? What's wrong with boys? What they don't like about her?   I saw her cheeks turn bright red and looked away. She holds her phone tightly.   "Who, Khione? Who?" I asked intriguingly.   Do people avoid her because of my presence? Haha, dmn. If that so, they really better to f**k off.   "Tell me, do you want a girl? Are you bisexual? I can settle a date for you with the hot bisexual girls that-"   "Shush, Ken!" She looked at me with wide eyes open while biting her lips. She leaned on the table. "I think today is the day that I'll move on with my first love... The man of my dreams has finally arrived!" She whispered with excitement in her voice.   "Huh? What do you mean?" I confusingly asked.   She pointed it with her lips that I immediately traced down. I saw a man standing on the entrance with, I think his friends. He is fair, tall, and power stands on his aura. He seems warm because he is goofing around his friends.   "Babe..." I was terrified when Khione called me that.   I know what she means. She calls me babe when she wants something... But now, it's not a thing. It's someone. She wants me to know everything about that guy and settle a date for them.   I immediately grabbed my phone to make some call and she grabbed hers to take a photo of the man. I called my private investigator to know the details about the guy that my best friend likes.   "I'll send you his photo." I said as he answered the call. Khione sent me the photo and I forwarded it to my investigator. After that, I sipped on my wine glass. This woman is insane... She makes me insane as well. I hate it but I like it too.    She leaned on her chair and crossed her arms while smiling at me.   "The b***h's wish granted by the billionaire again." She said and we both laughed.
