“Hi,” said Olive as she entered the kitchen of Coffee and Sweets.
Katie looked over from where she was putting another pan of apple- tarts in the oven.
“Hi,” she said. “Did you get the baby shower arranged?”
“Yeah, it is all set for Sunday, two weeks from now. It is going to be at the church recreation hall, after church. We thought the guys could watch after the kids outside, while we have the shower inside. We have already made arrangements with the pastor and his wife,” said Olive.
“The church playground will come in handy,” remarked Katie.
“Yeah, the ladies sure knew what they were doing when they insisted on having playground equipment put on the church grounds along with picnic tables,” said Olive.
