CHAPTER 15
It was the day before the grand opening of Fitness Central. Carlos had taken a break and talked Katie into going out for lunch with him. They had a very pleasant meal and were on their way back to the gym.
As Carlos stopped the car in front of their businesses, they saw two old men arguing in front of the door of the building. Katie recognized her grandfather and hurriedly got out of the car and went to see what was going on. Carlos recognized his grandfather and quickly joined her.
Katie came to a stop by the men. She glared at them. “Be quiet,” she said, sternly.
The two men turned to look at her as if astonished that anyone, especially a young girl, would talk to them in such a way.
