I glared at La'Hanan as we stood in the church. I couldn't believe that he would do this to me. He could have chosen Crowley or even Sam, but he chose to put me through this. Sam sighed, his hands on my shoulders, "We have to start." I nodded. "In the church, or outside?" "Outside." I wanted to have space to run if I needed to. He gave a curt nod and the four of us walked out, back into the darkness of the night. This was slightly different from the carnival, this time I knew that Sam was behind it.
