Striding through campus, I push my backpack higher against my shoulder. Mikhail strides beside me, his cellphone in his hand and a smile on his face.
Rolling my eyes, I lean close to see what he’s looking at, but he leans away and glares.
Arching my brow, I give him a sly smile. “Are you and Nevaeh sexting?”
He snickers. “That is none of your business, asshole.”
My lip quirks higher. “Your defensive tone is answer enough for me, bro. Well, I’m done for the day. I’m going to meet Jules in a minute. We’re going to get pizza. Want to join us?”
