Marc arrived home from the weekend trip and checked his answering machine like he always did. There was a voice message, and he thought it would be from Brent about reaching Seabrook. But the message was unexpected. Jared was kidnapped! Everyone was shocked.
He replayed the machine to make sure he heard it right, but the news of Jared’s kidnapping was true. Marc called Brent after hearing the terrible news, “What happened, Brent?”
“We don’t know, Marc,” He said hopelessly, “We arrived here in Seabrook at the airport. Jared left something in the helicopter, so he went to get it, but he never returned. We searched everywhere, and it is like he disappeared into thin air.”
