By the white room where Shawn was laid carefully, chords were connected to his mouth and nose as he struggled to live. A part of his skull was damaged due to the impact of the injury and it will take him a while to recover since his nervous system was shaken for a bit. He couldn’t move his body due to this and couldn’t open his eyes, but his consciousness was still there, awake and observing. He could hear the doctors talking, faint but quickly, also the continuous beeping of the machines around him. He could faintly hear it all but he couldn’t open his eyes, nor could he even lift a finger.
Shawn wanted to scream, to call out to them, but he couldn’t even make a sound. His body was completely comatose.
