CHAPTER TWENTY-SEVEN Graham Lumley awoke on his back looking up to a clear blue sky. He’d been unconscious for over twenty hours. He had a tingling sensation all over. It was very peaceful and quiet. Oh dear God, he thought. This must be my funeral. Everybody has left. This is what happens now. Shed the coffin and come through to the other side. Graham tried to raise himself but a wrapped sheet pinned his arms to his side. He wrestled with it and then, with a sudden click from somewhere, it fell off him.
