Life is anything but fair. It has been two years since I thought life, for once, would be fair to me. And now, I'm thinking about how foolish I am for even believing that 'fair' is a word that exists in my life. Maybe I have been cursed since birth. Destined to be a lone star. That even divine intervention or whatever miraculous charms there are in the world could not change my destiny. "Rie, do you have any news about Felix yet? I heard he just returned from the States yesterday and they are planning to throw a party for him tomorrow". I stopped arranging the papers that were piled up on the table when I heard what Sienna said. I slightly lowered my head and let out a sigh. Knowing him, he hates crowded places, so of course he didn't plan this. But still... a party? I didn't think we would see each other again. "Wow, look at you, Sab. What were you saying a while ago?"
