I was woken up by a loud bang, which echoed in my ears, causing me to nearly jump up. Upon opening my eyes, I panicked, thinking something terrible had happened.
“Calm down, it's just the storm getting stronger,” I heard a familiar voice, when I turned and realized I was with alpha Rudolph.
“It is bad,” I asked while trying to look outside, unfortunately even the windows were covered in thick mist.
“No, the road is terrible… I'm afraid we can't go further,” he said while trying to reverse the car, I had no idea where we were going; hence I nodded and leaned back. Either way, I was scared.
“Is it farther?” I tried to start up a conversation with him. He nodded while creasing his brows as if driving were hard. It seemed the car was stuck in some deep trench.
