After dismissing the junior wolves from evening practice, Tucker and I remain behind on the field. The football games are coming up so we decide to put in a little practice before turning in.
The school tries to include the regular games too alongside inhouse competitions since we are after all teenagers. Sometimes we get to play with students from the neighboring schools— human students and this is when our patience and rule following is really tested.
It wouldn't be hard beating them even without our powers but then, this is a sport they are polished in. The problem is, supernaturals are extremely competitive and the pride and ego most of us hold cannot let us accept defeat. In several occasions, we have broken the rules and used our powers for a win. I am not proud of that,
