I'm woken up by a sharp sting at the back of my head. I strain to open my eyes and groan loudly. I feel completely wiped out and my mouth tastes bitter. I turn and find Roman lying still on my side. He looks unconscious. My heart jumps in panic. I have no recollection of what happened.
"Roman?" I call out and try to reach for him. My hands are however trapped in my back. I don't realize that they are tied together until that moment. "Roman,wake up!" I try again and shake him with my foot.
He doesn't respond. I look around us. We are trapped in some kind of cave. I can see light coming in through a small entrance and the roof is all rocky. Something wet and slippery lands on my face just as I'm looking up. Slime? A snail? The thought of it makes me want to puke but that's the lea
