Mary POV I was busy washing dishes in the kitchen but then I hear my best friend Lola coming running and scream that her Matthias brother has just returned from the military her brother has became famous in our small village for going to the military she comes and hugs me so I answer “wow so nice am so happy that your brother has returned me too says Lola you know my parents are organizing a small party to celebrate Matthias return so I want you to come there After hearing about a party I just say no I just couldn’t come because of my grandmother would just scream and say no that I am going to be a horn so I wouldn’t give her chance to complain about me that why I can’t come but Lola couldn’t accept my decision so she said that I am going to convince your grandmother to come to come to the party as I was just listening to Lola I heard my grandmother entirely in the house shouting that she needs water so I tried to tell Lola to go home but she lashed my hand and runs into the room and goes to greet my grandmother she says “greetings grandma how have you been ‘? Am fine Lola , what are you doing here did you come to see your friend Mary ? Yes but I wanted to invite her to party organized by my parents to welcome Matthias from the military but she said that Mary needs your permission to come can she grandma ? Of course she will you took you time to invite why can’t she come mary will come after she is done with cleaning and cooking. As I entered the living My grandmother said that she has given me permission to go to Matthias welcome party she would always make people in our village think that she is best and so nice so am shocked for to say yes to Lola so I just replied yes grandmother I will and thank you After I was done with cleaning and cooking Lola came holding a black dress and entered my room mary I want you wear this dress tonight I remembered that you don’t have a dress to wear so I want to wear this you are going to look beautiful it ‘no’ i just can’t accept your dress Lola she replies “come on Mary I am giving it to you like a gift please! Seeing her smiling and pleading face I just couldn’t so no so I accept it but I couldn’t help to ignore the bad feeling I had but this party bit I thought it was because it was my first party to go to so I tried to ignore it I just started to get ready to the party as time was passing
