Kaden and I went to the cafeteria to have lunch, but as we entered the buzzing place, he suddenly tore himself away from me, his eyes locked on Kier with a ferocity I had never seen before.
"Kaden!" I shouted as I watched him storm over to Kier, who looked stunned and wide-eyed like me, and without a moment's hesitation, Kaden swung a powerful fist at his face.
The impact was swift and brutal, sending Kier stumbling backward, nearly tripping over his own feet as the harsh cracking sound echoed through the room.
"Kaden, stop it!" I said as I dashed over to them with my heart pounding in my chest. Quickly, I wrapped my small hands around Kaden's torso, trying to stop him, but his anger made him almost immovable. "Kaden!" I screamed, my voice laced with desperation.
