Athena Harris POV
I followed the others as we left Xerxes and Evangeline to sort out their problems without anyone’s interference. Adolf was disturbed, I could see it on his face. as we were walking, I place a comforting hand on his shoulder. He stops and turns to look at me.
“Don’t worry. They will come out of this. Even though both are hurt, their bond is strong. Have faith in them” I assure him in a soft tone.
He gives me a small smile “I hope your words come true. The way Xerxes looks so hurt; I don’t know if things will be alright between them from here on” he murmurs quietly.
“Don’t let you mind think anything negative. We can only hope for the betterment of them. Let them sort out things. Whatever the outcome is, we will help them come out of it” I say with determination.
