I was going through some of the files when there was a knock on my office dor.
“Come in” I bid the person entry.
Ben walks in and informs me “Alpha we have meeting with the board of directors about the new project”
“Okay. I want everything ready in the conference room” I state as I check the remaining details and close the file.
“Everything is ready, Alpha. The meeting will start within twenty minutes. The board of directors are already in the company premises. They are being escorted by our interns to the meeting” he informs.
“Very well. Are the teams ready with their presentations?”
“Yes Alpha, the Marketing team has already submitted their presentation. H. R team will take some time before they present us the potential employees list” he says.
